National Leasing Campaign
I led all creative strategy and execution for the Warmer Welcomes Summer Leasing Event, a national portfolio-wide campaign designed to boost retention and leasing velocity across 100+ properties. From brand concept and visual identity to digital, social, email, and on-site collateral, I directed every creative touchpoint to ensure a cohesive, scalable “marketing-in-a-box” experience. The result: a unified national presence that drove measurable performance across digital engagement, leasing traffic, and renewal growth.
